Pebble Beach on Main

Pebble Beach on Main is situated in the Gold Coast’s exclusive suburb of Main Beach. The apartments are just steps away from patrolled beaches and have views of The Spit, Marina Mirage, the Broadwater, Southport, Main Beach, Surfers Paradise, beaches and the hinterland.


Main Beach is a stylish and wealthy beachside area offering fabulous beaches, surfing, fishing, diving, boating and kite surfing well as recreational areas where you can walk, cycle or enjoy a picnic.   


Pebble Beach on Main is uniquely positioned within walking distance to Main Beach’s prestigious Tedder Avenue shopping and dining precinct with easy access to Southport Yacht Club, Sea World, Palazzo Versace, Marina Mirage (currently undergoing a $50M makeover) and The Spit.   Also in close proximity is the Gold Coast’s nightspot area of Surfers Paradise.


Pebble Beach on Main is a boutique high-rise development. The 12 storey tower will contain 10 apartments with the exclusive penthouse occupying the upper 3 levels. Each of the 9 ‘one per floor’ luxury apartments contain three bedrooms as well as spacious living and balcony areas. The penthouse is a unique four bedroom residence over 2 levels plus a third level with rooftop swimming pool and leisure area.


Car parking is located beneath the tower with additional off street parking for visitors. Bicycle and general storage areas are also provided for each apartment. Communal facilities include a residents’ lounge, extensively landscaped pool and recreation area located at the rear of the site.


Designed by multi-award winning internationally acclaimed architect Barry Lee of DBI Design, Pebble Beach on Main combines cutting edge architecture with efficient and exotic construction materials from the modern age to provide it with an appearance that is truly unique amongst the Gold Coast skyline.


To complement the impressive elevation of the tower, the building has also been designed for functionality. Continuing the theme of employing ecologically sustainable design (ESD) principles which are exhibited across several other Croftworth Group projects, Pebble Beach on Main will have a 4-Green Star rating. This rating will be achieved by implementing passive ESD principles such as natural lighting, natural ventilation and a low-energy consumption fit-out to each apartment.
